1. The service
PahamAI ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-agent platform that helps businesses run day-to-day operations — from follow-ups and scheduling to research and reporting. The service is currently offered as an early-access and demo-based product: features, pricing, and availability may change as we improve it.
2. Accounts and access
If you register for an account or request a demo, you agree to provide accurate information (name, work email, company) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use PahamAI to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts or our infrastructure without permission; (c) overload or disrupt the service; (d) use the service to send spam, fraud, or deceptive content to end customers; (e) reverse-engineer proprietary components except where the law allows.
4. Your data and ours
You keep ownership of the business data you connect (messages, spreadsheets, documents). By using the service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service — for example, to generate follow-ups or reports you ask for. Our software, branding, and models remain our property. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
5. Fees and trials
Demo and early-access periods may be free. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
6. Disclaimers
PahamAI is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing messages and actions the agents take on behalf of your business before they go to customers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PahamAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.
