1. What we collect
We collect two kinds of data. (a) Data you give us: your name, work email, company details, and (optionally) WhatsApp number when you book a demo or create an account; plus the business content you ask PahamAI to work on (messages, spreadsheets, documents, tasks). (b) Data collected automatically: basic device/browser information and usage logs (pages visited, actions in the app) used to run and improve the service.
2. How we use it
We use your data to: operate PahamAI's AI agents on your behalf (for example drafting follow-ups, preparing reports, updating the tools you connect); respond to demo requests and support questions; keep the service secure and reliable; and measure and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
To deliver the service, business content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). We send only what's needed for the requested task. Your business content is not used to train public models.
4. Who we share it with
We share limited data with service providers that run parts of our infrastructure: hosting and authentication (Vercel, Supabase), file storage (Cloudflare R2), and the AI providers above. Each provider processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose data when required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We keep account and demo data while your account is active, or as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Write to us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and admin access is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
